Step into our modern townhouse. The ground floor offers a living room with pull out queen-sized sofa bed, bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, and patio with BBQ only steps away from the heated pool.
The 2nd floor offers 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds if desired. The en-suite bathroom has dual vanities and a tub and shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. A 2nd bathroom is available just outside of this bedroom, and also has a tub and shower combo. There is a washer/dryer on this floor as well.
The third floor loft bedroom offers a large, private living space with full bathroom, sitting area with a pull out queen-sized sofa bed and walk in closet.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The king bed can be converted to 2 single beds if requested. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. A 2nd shared bathroom also has a tub / shower combo.
Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, body soap, shower gel, toilet paper, all towels and linens, extra pillows, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, room darkening shades.
Living room features a 42" HDTV with Netflix, Denon surround sound Paradigm speaker system with Bluetooth and aux, PS3 game console.
Central Air Conditioning, ceiling fans and heating.
Carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, security cameras at front door and back door. All outdoor areas are lit by automatic security lights. The neighborhood is very quite and safe.
Prepare your own meals in the kitchen or barbeque on the main floor porch and enjoy access to two pools and the beach.
Free parking. Self check-in with key pad entry. Dive tanks available on site. Dive ladder from the shore into the sea. We also offer personalized diving and snorkeling trips, bioluminescent tours and shore diving experiences right from our condo. Inquire with us upon booking. Discounts are available for our guests.
Our rates are in US Dollars and are per night, including tax.
Rates already include the 13% government accommodation tax.

I am a resident of the Cayman Island and I’m always available if you need help.
I also rent out a Honda Fit Hybrid vehicle that seats 5. If you rent the vehicle, I’ll even pick you up at the airport.
We also run Shaggy’s Diving and offer a 10% discount to guests that stay with us. If you’re independent divers, you’re welcome to book tanks through us for $12.50 USD/tank to shore dive from our property.
After Covid I bought a Catamaran to live on and now offer sunset sails and Stingray City trips for smaller groups.
Coconut Bay is located in the quiet north west area of Grand Cayman. It’s about 10 minutes from Seven Mile Beach, 25 minutes from Georgetown and 15 minutes from Camana Bay, where you will find the best shopping on island. Nearby is the Turtle Centre, Vivo Vegan Restaurant, Cracked Conch and Macabuca Tiki Bar.
The public bus runs a loop into Georgetown on a regular basis for $2.00 CI.
My name is Shaggy. Small bit about me: I’ve been a scuba diving instructor for 20 years. I moved to the Cayman Islands in 2011 and simply loved it! 7 years later, I sold everything back home in England and set up a diving business along with a perfect reefside condo. I love to travel and meet people. I’ve been globe trotting since 1998 and I am still looking to do the South Americas!
