For alfresco dinning the barbecue and table area is the perfect place to create that intimate ambiance to enjoy your favorite meal whilst sipping on a nice cocktail or glass of champagne. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. A 2nd shared bathroom has a tub / shower combo.
Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, body soap, shower gel, toilet paper, all towels and linens, extra pillows, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, room darkening shades.
Living room features a 42" HDTV with Netflix, Denon surround sound Paradigm speaker system with Bluetooth and aux, PS3 game console.
Central Air Conditioning, ceiling fans and heating.
Carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, security cameras at front door and back door. All outdoor areas are lit by automatic security lights. The neighborhood is very quite and safe.
Fully fenced in private back yard and a lovely patio with Jacuzzi hot tub, BBQ area, patio furniture and hammock.
3 parking spaces, 1 of which is covered. The other 2 are protected from sun by the predominant large mango tree. Pets are welcome! Self check-in via keypad entry.
Our rates are in US Dollars and are per night, including tax.
Rates already include the 13% government accommodation tax.
There is an end of stay cleaning fee of $89 per booking.

I am a resident of the Cayman Island and I’m always available if you need help.
I also rent out a Honda Fit Hybrid vehicle that seats 5. If you rent the vehicle, I’ll even pick you up at the airport.
I’m a long time dive instructor & know all the island’s dive companies & dive sites. I’m happy to advise you on the best shore dives on the island and will save you $$$.
After Covid I bought a Catamaran to live on and now offer sunset sails and Stingray City trips for smaller groups.
Mango Gardens is in a very quiet friendly family orientated neighbourhood. It’s a no through road so there is very little traffic. Located a 10 minute drive from Seven Mile beach, 3 minutes to town center and the famous Smith Cove beach, one of my favorite spots.
A car rental is recommended (we have one available for you to hire as it is pretty much essential for seeing the island). However, you can easily walk to town where shuttle buses traverse the whole island for only $2. Smith Cove, a famous beach, is only a 15 minute walk away, as is Sunset House – a great place to watch the sunset, have a nice cocktail or enjoy dinner under the stars. The house is very close to the downtown restaurants and bars. Rackams (outside dinning on the water) being one of my favorites. Amazing sunsets, cocktails, fish & chips, and the best conch fritters on the islands!
My name is Mark. As a Civil Engineer on the channel tunnel project I decided to give it all up to become a dive instructor and travel around the world. Coming to Cayman 24 years ago I seem to have got “stuck” (in a nice way). Things have changed since covid I now have a wife and a Catermaran which we both live on and rent out the whole house now.
